You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time through the Katerco subscription portal (the link is in your subscription emails and in your customer account), or by emailing hello@katerco.org.
Because we sometimes prepare orders early, changes and cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next subscription charge. Requests made inside that window will apply to the following order.
